Starting without speaking a single word of Japanese, I began my life and work here, gradually turning this foreign land into my familiar daily life. Over the years, I have walked countless cities and roads, personally experiencing the anxiety and uncertainty of being in a foreign country.
Because I have walked the same path, I am accustomed to standing in the guest's shoes: Is the route smooth? Is the schedule relaxed? Is the journey itself comforting? It is this mindset that supports us in treating every encounter with seriousness.
